In MH, we approach our diets like a dog to a hedgehog. We don’t trust the ardent followers who say that their concept is the best (although last week the fashion was completely different). Somehow we cannot convince ourselves to the idea that there is one, the only proper way of feeding that will guarantee everyone’s health and slim figure.

With innate skepticism we take the view that the key to success is above all moderation, and that it can only be provided by a diet that you can maintain every day. Meanwhile, when you decide on a particular system, you most often take it in its entirety, even if there are prohibitions in it that make you tired of it after a short time and you return to bad habits.

That is why we offer you a short overview of popular diets. In each of them we are looking for elements which are worth using and those which you can let go of without much loss. Common sense and balance instead of dietetic fanaticism. Are you in it?
